<p>The Industrial Design consists of the features of shape, pattern, ornament and configuration of the portion of the LUMINAIRE as shown in solid lines in the drawings. The portions of the LUMINAIRE shown in stippled lines do not form part of the design. The tubular shape protrusion shown in stippled lines in Figure 1 is environment and does not form part of the design.
