PURPOSE: A functional healthy drink and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to mix euonymus sieboldianus with branches, leaves, and fruits of taxillus yadoriki, add materials like glycyrrhiza uralensis and ulmus parvifolia to the mixture, and concentrate it. CONSTITUTION: Euonymus sieboldianus and taxillus yadoriki are collected and washed. Leaves, branches, stems, flowers, and fruits of euonymus sieboldianus and taxillus yadoriki are classified and dried. Each dried material is cut in 0.5~1.0cm. Mixture 10~15g of euonymus sieboldianus and taxillus yadoriki, glycyrrhiza uralensis 2~3g, ulmus parvifolia 3~4g, platycodon grandiflorus 3~4g, and cudrania tricuspidata 3~4g are added to purified water 1000ml. The mixed materials are concentrated by a concentrating device. The concentrated mixture is steamed for 36~48 hours. The steamed healthy food is cooled by cold water of 5~10°C.
