PURPOSE: A method for modulating a space vector, a rectifier controller, an inverter controller, and a recording medium read on a computer are provided to calculate a switching time at high speed by removing Tan inverse function, a square root calculation, and an offset voltage operation. CONSTITUTION: A rectifier controller includes a DC voltage and input current controller(121) and a high speed space vector modulator(122). The DC voltage and input current controller generates a voltage reference value of each phase by using a DC voltage from an input current and voltage rectifier(110). The high speed vector modulator outputs a switching control signal of each switching element by calculating the switching conduction time of each phase.
