PURPOSE: A device for washing and spin-dry is provided to perform the cleaning and drying operations at the same time by mechanically driving a motor unit and a rotating unit. CONSTITUTION: A device for washing and spin-dry comprises a receiving unit(11), a base(12), a dewatering member(21), a rotary dewatering unit, a rotary washing unit, a motor unit, and a tappet unit(4). The dewatering member dehydrates a mop by rotating the mop, and a dewatering motor shaft of the dewatering rotation unit is connected to the dewatering member. A washing rod of the cleaning rotation unit cleans the mop by rotating the mop, and the motor unit is connected to the dewatering rotation unit and the cleaning rotation unit to rotate those two rotation units. The tappet unit mechanically drives the motor unit.
