The device (1) has a detection unit (3) fixed on a support, and a support table (4) extended transversally between an X-ray emitting unit (2) and the detection unit. A displacing unit (5) displaces the emitting unit and the detection unit for conveying the X-ray emitting unit and the detection unit in aligning position outside a field of the table. The displacing unit is adopted for adjusting position of emitting unit and the detection unit above and below respectively of the table.
