The process comprises aerobically degrading inorganic and organic compounds initially present in shellfish products, stock-piling the shellfish products with free air, creating an air flow and allowing to pass through the products for 20 days, maintaining the air flow to degrade the inorganic and organic compounds, grinding the products to obtain a powder having a size of lower than 8 mm, rinsing the powder with fresh water to remove organic and chloride traces included in the powder. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for fabricating a concrete comprising a mixture of cement binder and eco-aggregate; and (2) a concrete.
