PURPOSE: An execution device and a method thereof are provided to reduce an overhead due to the excessive transmission of setting information by excluding necessity for the transmission of setting information regarding the entire carrier wave. CONSTITUTION: A terminal receives mapping information, which represents the mapping relation between a first carrier wave used for the transmission of a first link and a second carrier wave used for the transmission of a second link(S100). The terminal receives the setting information of the first carrier from a base station(S110). The terminal is connected to the first carrier used for the first link transmission(S120). The terminal sets the second carrier wave used for the second link transmission(S130). The terminal receives the activation indication information about a specific carrier wave from the base station(S140). The terminal activates the specific carrier wave(S150). The terminal executes a communications process by using the second carrier wave(S160).
