The assembly has a horizontal orientation panel (16) comprising a horizontal structure element (24) e.g. frame, whose end part (26) is located at a level of a rear longitudinal end (16a) of the panel. A vertical panel (14) has rigid rear and front plates (20, 22) longitudinally on both sides of an insulated material central plate (18). A transversal edge (28) of a rear longitudinal end of the horizontal panel is fixed on a front face (30) by gluing e.g. bicomponet polyurethane, in relation to the front plate.
