The proposed invention relates to mining and building industry, in particular, to fixing underground mine working by anchor bolting as well as to fixing conveyor drives, slopes and metal towers in rock formations. The proposed invention is aimed at expanding use of anchor bolting and enhancing reliability of anchor bolting in a blast hole at initial step of its mounting. For that a dry mixture composition comprises Portland cement 62.5 – 68.2%; granular blast furnace slag 21.9 – 28.1; gypsum 6.2 – 12.5; lime 3.1 – 5.6; and ratio between liquid and dry mixture components is taken 0.38 – 0.45 at an ambient t, between -10°C and +10°C and 0.46 – 0.50 at t above +10°C, wherein sodium liquid glass is used as a liquid component with modulus 1.8 – 2.1 and density 1.4 – 1.5 t/m.
