COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING DEPOSIT FORMATION IN WATER-ROTATION SYSTEMS

The invention relates to compositions for preventing deposit formation and can be used for protection of technological equipment in water rotation systems (cycles) of enterprises. According to the invention there disclosed a composition for preventing deposit formation in water rotation systems comprising polyacrylic acid (PAA) and polyethyleneglycol (PEG) with ratio PAA : PEG = 1 : (0.25-1.75). In preferable variants of the invention realization PAA has molecular mass from 2000 to 20000 and PEG from 1000 to 6000. The obtained technical result is aimed at enhancing effectiveness of preventing deposit formation in water rotation systems at the expense of time increasing interval required for deposit formation in the system as well as at the expense of reducing density of deposit being formed which allows to optimize heat-transfer parameters, to reduce production power consumption and to increase life time of use of the technological process. Use of the inventive composition increases inhibiting time of deposit formation by 2.5-3 times compared to a inhibitor-free system and by 1.5-2 times compared to known inhibitors.
