The shoe has a sprung sole, an upper shoe part (10), an air-permeable insole (11) and a sole structure comprising a mid-sole (22), a buffer sole (21) and a hard flexible abrasion-resistant outsole (20). The mid-sole form a hollow space (30) with the outsole at a predetermined position. The sole structure consists of vertical recesses, which are aligned with openings (31) of the insole (11) in such a manner that they oppose to open the upper shoe part. The movement of the sprung sole under load allows activation of interior ventilation on user's feet.
