The invention relates to the field of microbiology, in particular, to methods for producing fermented milk products, and to methods for correcting microflora in an organism of a human and animals using fermented milk products. The method for producing the fermented milk product includes mixing skim or whole milk with egg melange, sterilization of the obtained mixture, cooling, introduction into the cooled mixture of the strain of Lactobacillus acidophilus - AG/17-666 and holding in the thermostat. The fermented milk product is administered to the human and the animals for correcting the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract, uterus and vagina, mouth, conjunctival and nasal cavities, wound cavities of different etiologies.
