PURPOSE: A sterilized vacuum cinerary urn is provided to enable the operation to be easily performed in a vacuum state. CONSTITUTION: The inner box of a sterilized vacuum cinerary urn is formed from antibacterial synthetic resin(plastic) or glass(including crystal) and the ashes are put in the cinerary urn. In the state the inner box is dipped in the hot water over a temperature of 80°C, the sublimation type sterilant is added around the ashes. Immediately after a combustion material is burnt on the ashes, the lid of the inner box is closed, the inner box is taken and sealed out of the hot water and then is placed in the outer box.
