PURPOSE: A reinforcement grouting device for a borehole with improved driving force is provided to increase speed of boring and insertion processes by preventing jamming and to use a drill bit regardless of the size of a reinforcing pipe. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement grouting device for a borehole with improved driving force comprises a drill bit(112b), a pilot device(112g), a drill rod(112r), a rod adapter(112a), a drill drifter(111), a casing shoe(112h), a reinforcing pipe assembly(500), and a reinforcing pipe driving adapter(112d). The drill rod is coupled to the rear end of the pilot device and transfer power to the pilot device. The rod adapter is installed between the drill rod an the drill drifter. The casing shoe is installed on the outer surface of the pilot device. The reinforcing pipe assembly is inserted between the inner surface of the casing shoe and the outer surface of the pilot device. The reinforcing pipe driving adapter has front end and rear end parts.
