<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp an insufficient skill by managing the skill for every person to be evaluated. <P>SOLUTION: A skill management server 5 includes a specialty management database 14 having: an actual-condition skill level table 21; a target skill level table 22; a training table 23; and a training plan table 24. Also, the skill management server 5 includes: an actual-condition skill level reading part 32 for output of the actual-condition skill level of a person to be evaluated read from the actual-condition skill level table; a target skill level registration part 33 for registering a target skill level into the target skill level table; a training reading part 34 for output of training to compensate the insufficient skill of the actual-condition skill level with respect to the target skill level read from the training table; a training registration part 35 for registering the training, whose lecture is wanted to be taken by the person to be evaluated, into the training plan table; and a visible display data generation unit 36 for generating and for output of visible display data for visibly displaying the actual-condition skill level and the target skill level for every person to be evaluated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
