<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio-visual transmitting device having high error tolerance in transmission in interleaving transmission of video data and audio data. <P>SOLUTION: A weighting holding part 16 holds the video data and audio data of one interleaving frame, and a weighting bit replacing part 20 selectively reads out bits of the same weight of the holding data to configure one word for each of the bits of the same weight. However, a weight of a greater value is imparted to an upper bit of original graphic or audio data rather than a lower bit. A weighting control part 18 repeats this concerning all data of the one interleaving frame to form data configured by the words for each of the bits of the same weight, and an encoding part 100 encodes this data by interleaving for sending. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
