PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve a point endowment act without affecting accounting operation.

SOLUTION: A customer terminal 9 with a portable body accepts selection input on whether or not to endow a point provided to a purchaser of a product identified by a product identifier when the product identifier is input. The input product identifier is stored in such a manner as to discriminate between an identifier for which input for endowing a point is made and an identifier for which input for endowing a point is not made. An accounting device 3 takes in the product identifier from the customer terminal, processes accounting for the product purchased by the customer, and processes the point derived from the identifier for which input for endowing a point is made among the product identifiers that have been taken in, as an endowed point.
