<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel arrangement support system, capable of improving the efficiency of production of present product production, and also capable of supporting a rearing plan of personnel toward medium and long-term product development, by reflecting skill levels of the personnel, an arrangement situation to a work process, and education results or the like in real time, and by providing a system capable of unitarily acquiring them. <P>SOLUTION: The personnel arrangement support system includes: a production management database registered with production results information of the personnel; an education management database registered with education results information of the personnel; and a personnel management database registered with the skill levels of the personnel. The personnel arrangement support system includes: a skill evaluation means evaluating the skill levels of the personnel from the registered information of the production management database and the education management database; a personnel arrangement means performing personnel arrangement to a production process in consideration of the skill levels of the personnel; and a personnel rearing planning means extracting the personnel not reaching a skill level to the production process, and planning a personnel rearing plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
