<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart or improve conductivity, dispersibility, dispersion stability, transparency, and an anti-sedimentation property, etc. in an extremely easy way. <P>SOLUTION: A single object of one or more selected from a group comprising an organic metal compound and an organic semimetal compound is produced or a mixture 12 thereof is prepared first. Then, the single object or the mixture 12 is irradiated with microwaves of 800-1,250 W in a prescribed atmosphere for 3 to 10 minutes to produce a colloidal dispersion 14 in which particles are dispersed.
