<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for detection and determination of vitamin C, capable of surmounting problematic points of traditional methods, especially, a method for detection and determination of vitamin C by luminescence, applicable to bioimaging capable of clarifying the behavior of vitamin C in a living body. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for detection and determination of vitamin C in the inside and outside of a living body, a liposome preparation is used. The liposome preparation includes a redox-responsive fluorescent probe consisting of porphyrin or phthalocyanine with a nitroxide radical, especially consisting of a phthalocyaninato-silicon complex with a nitroxide radical as an axial ligand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
