发明名称 GLASS-CONTAINING INJECTION-MOLDED ARTICLE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prove that a glass-containing injection-molded article can be injected in the same conditions as those in a conventional injection molding method by using an existing injection molding machine with the use of glass-containing molding pellets in which 40-70 wt.% of spherical glass powder is contained in a thermoplastic resin and to provide the characteristics of the physical properties of the molded glass-containing injection-molded article. SOLUTION: The glass-containing injection-molded article is molded by an injection molding method by using glass-containing molding pellets containing glass powder and a thermoplastic resin. The glass powder is spherical and solid and has an average particle size of 10-40μm. The surface of the glass powder is entirely coated with a silane compound. The glass powder is contained in the thermoplastic resin in a glass blending ratio of 40-70 wt.%. The peculiar physical property values of the glass-containing injection-molded article exist in the range of a narrow region with the increase of the glass blending ratio.
