PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator in which a shielding plate where a circuit on a substrate disposes for preventing abnormal operations caused by spurious radiation electromagnetic waves is easily mounted and can be grounded, without fail. SOLUTION: A male screw part 5a is formed in a central axis part 5b of a magnetic pole 5, a shielding plate 8 is disposed at a lower side of a magnetic flux generating means so as to shield spurious radiation magnetic flux to a substrate 2, and the shielding plate 8 is comprised of a material which has conductivity and is less apt to pass through magnetism. The male screw part 5a of the magnetic pole 5 is utilized to screw the shielding plate 8, thereby mechanically supporting the shielding plate 8 on the magnetic pole 5. Furthermore, the both are electrically connected and grounding of the magnetic pole 5, and the shielding plate 8 is facilitated without performing wired connections. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
