PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress temperature fluctuation in an axial direction of a rotating member for fixing. SOLUTION: The heating fuser includes: a heating belt 14 configured to heat a toner transferred onto a sheet; a center coil 21a configured to generate a first magnetic field for inducing eddy current in a first area including the center in a rotation axis direction of the heating belt 14; end coils 21b configured to generate second magnetic fields for inducing eddy current in second areas of the heating belt 14 adjacent to the first area in the rotation axis direction; control coils 21c located to extend over the center coil 21a and the end coils 21b when viewed in a direction orthogonal to the rotation axis direction; and a CPU 45 configured to drive the control coils 21c between a first state in which the control coils 21c generate magnetic fields for weakening the first magnetic field and a second state in which the control coils 21c generate magnetic fields for strengthening the second magnetic fields.
