PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breather discharging no inside fluid to an external part, when sudden gravitational acceleration acts on a vehicle mounted with the breather, by adjusting pressure of the case inside, by only exhausting to the external part, by surely connecting liquid of the case inside without discharging, even when pressure in a case suddenly increases. SOLUTION: This breather adjusts internal pressure of the case inside when the internal pressure of the case inside becomes high by exceeding predetermined pressure. The breather includes an exhaust passage for communicating with the external part from the case inside, a liquid collecting circuit for collecting the liquid discharged from the case inside to the case inside, and a discharge valve means for opening a valve when the internal pressure of the case inside exceeds the predetermined pressure, and is characterized in that the case inner side includes a plurality of flow passages for communicating with the exhaust passage, and a fluid outflow control means is arranged for blocking up a part of the flow passages in response to a change in the gravitational acceleration applied to the breather.
