PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical shaping apparatus which is high in shaping quality and has a high shaping success rate. SOLUTION: The optical shaping apparatus 20 has a plate 7 having light transmitting properties, a film 8 mounted on the plate having light transmitting properties, a film outlet generating a prescribed sag in the film, a sealing frame 6 surrounding a prescribed range on the film, a light radiation means 1 irradiating a photocurable resin 9 stored in the sealing frame with light from below, a shaped article holding unit 13 holding the photocurable resin cured by the light radiation means, a vertical movement base 15 fitting the shaped article holding unit, and a drive part 14 controlling the vertical movement base. The shaped article holding unit, when the vertical movement base ascends, and the resin cured between the shaped article holding unit and the film is peeled off from the film, by force pulled to the side of the film while the film is stuck to the shaped article holding unit, is slanted to the bottom surface of the plate having light transmitting properties, draws the sag formed by a film delivery means, and moves the film.
