PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food slicer of such a format that a hunk of meat fed by a predetermined feed amount is continuously cut with a round blade rotating while revolving, which includes a scraper instead of the food slicer not including the scraper and can remove, with the scraper, meat cruds, meat juices, cut chips or the like attaching to the rotating surface of the round blade which rotates while revolving at high speed. SOLUTION: The food slicer S continuously cuts the hunk of meat fed by a predetermined feed amount from a meat box 1 with the round blade 2 which rotates while revolving to obtain slices or other products. The scraper 6 for removing the meat cruds, meat juices, cut chips or the like attaching to the round blade 2 is provided in contact with at least one of rotating surfaces of the round blade 2. The scraper 6 in contact with at least one of rotating surfaces of the round blade 2 can automatically remove the meat cruds, meat juices, cut chips or the like attaching to the round blade 2. Therefore, not only drop in quality by the meat cruds, meat juices, cut chips or the like attaching to the product can be prevented, but also the thickness of the slices is constant and sharpness of the round blade 2 is maintained.
