PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring tool which removes burrs generated on the periphery of the lower part of a punched hole formed by punching a planar workpiece. SOLUTION: The deburring tool is configured to debur a punched hole formed by punching the planar workpiece W, and the deburring tool includes: a cylindrical guide member 7 with a lower surface abuttable on an upper surface of the workpiece W; a holder 13 provided vertically movably in the cylindrical guide member 7; and deburring chips 31A, 31B which are provided in the lower part of the holder 13 in such a manner that the chips are freely projectable downward from a lower surface of the cylindrical guide member 7 and are horizontally displaceable. The deburring chips 31A, 31B include burr crushing inclined planes 39U for crushing burrs B generated in the lower part of the punched hole WH when the holder 13 is elevated and the deburring chips 31A, 31B form a symmetric-shaped pair for deburring both sides of the punched hole WH. The deburring tool further includes abrasive grains on a contacting portion where the deburring tool is brought into contact with the periphery of the punched hole WH. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
