A drug composition for treating tumor and a method for improving the solubility and the blood circulating time of antineoplastics as well as a method for delivering the drug to one type or more types of solid tumors are disclosed. The composition comprises at least one polymeric micelle and at least one antineoplastic agent encapsulated in the micelle. The polymeric micelle comprises a block copolymer, wherein the block copolymer comprises at least one hydrophilic polymer, at least one hydrophobic polymer, and at least one zwitterion. The method comprises administration of the drug composition.
