<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment clip capable of reducing the securing man-hour, and enhancing the securing property on members having different dimensional errors or different shapes by interposing the clip between an attachment member and a base member when securing the attachment member and the base member. <P>SOLUTION: The attachment clip used between an attachment member and a base member for securing and fixing the attachment member to the base member includes at least a first securing section, a second securing section and a connecting means therebetween. The first securing section has at least a plurality of first latching means to secure the attachment clip to the base member. The second securing section has a second latching means that is capable of latching the attachment member as well as the base member and has the latching direction and the latching plane different from the first latching means.
