DC REACTOR BOND MAGNET, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND BOND MAGNET SOURCE MATERIAL POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC reactor bond magnet which can stabilize DC bias characteristics and reduce nose over a relatively long period of time.

SOLUTION: A bond magnet 20 has magnetic power 20a made by rapid quenching, first binders 20b for coupling of pieces of the magnetic power 20a therebetween, and second binders 20c filling air voids 22 generated upon compression molding. Preferably the first binders 20b are made of a thermosetting resin, and the second binders 20c are made of a thermoplastic resin having a melting temperature higher than the curing temperature of the thermosetting resin.
