<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a case where a printer terminal is put in an unprintable state while print content is received and printed. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission side terminal is functioned as a server in a server/client model, and an incoming side terminal is made to function as a client in the server/client model, and data to be transmitted/received among print content data are designated within the range of a storage capacity for printing assigned to data for printing among the capacity of the memory of the incoming side terminal, and when the incoming side terminal is put in an unprintable state due to paper jamming or ink shortage or sheet shortage while data are transmitted/received and data are printed, state notification including unprintable state information is transmitted to the transmission side terminal, and the session is ended (S230, S250).
