<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer for overhead transmission lines, which is a single spacer and regulates transmission lines to be laid with constant spacings. <P>SOLUTION: The spacer for overhead transmission lines is used for regulating the spacing between each of a plurality of the transmission lines. The spacer includes a rod-like base laid over the whole width in a width direction of each transmission line, and each transmission-line holder that reciprocates on the base. The transmission-line holder includes a locking/fixing part and a transmission-line clamping part, and causes the locking/fixing part to fix the transmission-line holder at each transmission-line holding position while achieving the reciprocating movement of the transmission-line holder on the base.
