<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging element and imaging apparatus in which a focal-plane type shutter, including only a 2nd blind is provided and an exposure time is uniformized. <P>SOLUTION: In an imaging element, a scanner sequentially scans and initializes transfer portions in a photoelectric transduction regional part, wherein a plurality of unit pixels are arrayed two-dimensionally into a matrix form, according to transfer pulses ϕTX (ϕTX1, or the like). A shutter travels to shield the imaging element. A controller adjusts an exposure time of the imaging element through sequential scan by the scanner similar to the shutter during accumulation start scan of the imaging element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
