<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shared accounting apparatus for preventing electronic payments inappropriate as expenses, and contributing to reducing CO<SB>2</SB>emissions. <P>SOLUTION: The shared accounting apparatus 50A includes: a data obtaining unit 53a for obtaining a user ID about a user making an electronic payment, a payment amount that the user is to use, a commodity ID about a commodity that the user is to purchase with the payment amount, application data about the application of the commodity, the amount of money that the user can pay which is preset in relation to the application data, CO<SB>2</SB>emissions data about CO<SB>2</SB>emissions corresponding to the commodity, and an upper limit for the user's CO<SB>2</SB>emissions which is preset in relation to the application data; and a determination unit 53b which determines that payment is possible if the amount of money that the user will pay and the CO<SB>2</SB>emissions data, obtained by the data obtaining unit 53a, are not more than the amount of money that the user can pay and the upper limit for the CO<SB>2</SB>emissions, respectively, and which otherwise determines that payment is not possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
