PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of energy when DC powers different in voltage are supplied from a boost circuit to a motor based on the torque of the motor.
SOLUTION: A high voltage Vhi is set as a target voltage VH* and high-voltage control is carried out. When a control torque, which is set as the larger one in absolute values of torque commands Tm1*, Tm2* of motors MG1, MG2, falls below a threshold Vhi at which high-voltage control is started and becomes equal to or lower than a threshold Tlow increased by rate limit processing during high-voltage control, a low voltage Vlow is set as the target voltage VH* and low-voltage control is started (S160 to S190). As a result, in comparison with cases where low-voltage control is started when control torque Tm becomes equal to or lower than a threshold kept at a constant value, it becomes possible to swiftly start low-voltage control to shorten the time for which the voltage VH of a high-voltage system is boosted to the high voltage Vhi by a boost circuit and thus enhance the efficiency of energy.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
