PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition using a new crystal nucleating agent. SOLUTION: The resin composition is characterized by comprising 100 parts by mass of a polyolefin resin and 0.01 to 1 part by mass of a hydrazone compound represented by general formula (1):(R<SB>1</SB>-(R<SB>2</SB>-)C=N-NHCO-)<SB>2</SB>X or general formula (2):(R<SB>3</SB>-CONH-N=CH-)<SB>2</SB>X. In formulae, R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>and R<SB>3</SB>each independently denotes a hydrogen atom, or a 1-12C alkyl group which may be branched and/or may have a substituent or may form a 6-18C ring together with a carbon at a terminal of a hydrazone structure, and X denotes a 1-10C alkylene group which may be branched and/or may have a substituent.
