PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery charging controller which is adaptable to more utilization scenes. SOLUTION: The controller 5 includes a setting means for setting a plurality of charging operations of a battery 3, and charges the battery 3 in accordance with the plurality of charging operations set by the setting means. When a day of the week and a time zone when the battery 3 is to be charged are set and the starting time and finishing time of charging are over two days of the week, the controller 5 continues the charging setting in the day of the week of the time point of charging start.
