PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine in which even plastic-made guide rails are firmly fixed onto a board surface when they are arranged on a game surface and a sufficient game area is secured. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine includes: a game board 5 arranged on the top plate 22 of a game machine body 4; and a rail unit 125 which is mounted on the game surface 20 of the game board 5, guides a Pachinko game ball shot from a shooting mechanism onto the game surface and defines the game area 27 on which the Pachinko game ball falls. In the Pachinko game machine, an out-ball collecting port is formed at the lowermost position of the game surface adjacent to the top plate 22, and the lowermost end position of a circular arc of an inner rail 25 in the rail unit 125 is arranged at a position corresponding to the out-ball collecting port.
