PURPOSE: An SMS information providing system using a mobile originate service and a method thereof are provided to display an MO number on a homepage and a blog to supply a question and answer function through the displayed MO number, thereby providing security by the MO registering person. CONSTITUTION: An MO(Mobile Originate) server assigns an MO number to an MO registering person who requests service registration(S1). The MO server provides an SMS(Short Message Service) to a corresponding MO registering person(S2). The SMS includes user request information. When the MO registering person sets an auto answering function, the MO server provides an SMS including registering person response information to a user terminal(S3,S5). The MO server provides a preset temporary response SMS to the user terminal(S4).
