<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic composition containing no lead and excellent in both of the value of Curie point and the piezoelectric characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric ceramic composition contains a perovskite compound expressed by a chemical formula; xBaTiO<SB>3-y</SB>(Bi<SB>0.5</SB>Na<SB>0.5</SB>)TiO<SB>3-</SB>zMNbO<SB>3</SB>(wherein (x), (y) and (z) satisfy 0.50≤x≤0.95, 0.04≤y≤0.45, 0.01≤z≤0.10, x+y+z=1 and each of (x), (y) and (z) is chemical equivalent and M is an univalent metal element). The piezoelectric ceramic composition excellent in both values of Curie point and piezoelectric constant d<SB>33</SB>is obtained from the piezoelectric ceramic composition comprising the three component in the composition range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
