<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver device for selecting a detection system. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes: a receiving antenna part 5 for receiving a PSK signal to be mapped to any of M points (M is a power of two) for each symbol; a synchronization detection part 6 for calculating M likelihoods for synchronization detection for each symbol and the likelihoods for synchronization detection and a first demodulated bit signal; a delay detection part 7 for calculating M likelihoods for delay detection for each symbol and outputting the likelihoods for delay detection and a second demodulated bit signal; a confidence value calculation part 8 for synchronization detection for calculating a confidence value for synchronization detection based on the likelihoods for synchronization detection; a confidence value calculation part 9 for delay detection, which calculates a confidence value for delay detection based on the likelihoods for delay detection; and a selecting part 10 for comparing the corresponding confidence value for synchronization detection with the confidence value for delay detection for each symbol, and outputting the first bit signal if the confidence value for synchronization detection is greater than the latter, or outputting the second bit signal if the confidence value for delay detection is greater than the former. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
