DIGITAL BROADCAST DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN IP TRANSMISSION, DIGITAL BROADCAST DISTRIBUTION METHOD AND DIGITAL BROADCAST DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast distribution system in IP transmission in which the amount of information to be transmitted is reduced when digital broadcast transmitted by radio waves is retransmitted by IP transmission.

SOLUTION: Information about rainfall corresponding broadcast not used in the IP transmission, information unique to a transmission path by radio waves, information of services unsuitable to operation after retransmission and information aiming at another TS (transport stream) are removed from TS obtained by reception of digital broadcast waves or playback of program content by using a rainfall corresponding broadcast deleting function 105, a transmission path unique information deleting function 107, a retransmission out-of-target service deleting function 109 and an other TS information deleting function 112, and the resulting information is transmitted by the transmission function 114 to a reception side device 400 via an IP network 300.
