<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system for providing a fulfilling sport life for players and spectators of sport by distributing contents effectively utilizing special characters as digital broadcast. <P>SOLUTION: In order to determine whether or not a game object such as a ball used for a sport game passes a predetermined borderline (e.g., OB line in golf), a CCTV camera 1 captures a range including the border line. An image processing apparatus 21 detects a change in video level, within the range including the border line, of data corresponding to the captured image. If any change in video level is detected by the image processing apparatus 21, contents including the image captured by the CCTV camera 1 are distributed.
