<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly select a targeted video in a video display system for displaying a video imaged by a camera on a display. <P>SOLUTION: A position storing means (monitoring control server 1) stores information about respective installation positions of a plurality of cameras, and a position receiving means (client 11) receives information about the positions by a user's operation.
