<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle power supply device which effectively prevents efficiency deterioration even when an electric apparatus is in a light-load state or no-load state, in transferring power with an electric apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In performing step-up/down operations between a DC power supply 3 and an electric apparatus 9 by turning on/off the semiconductor switching elements in the main conversion circuit 4 according to a gate control signal 6 from a control apparatus 5, a power load amount is calculated based on four-groups of state amount information including the primary voltage and current of a voltage transformer 2, the secondary voltage and current of the voltage transformer 2, the voltage and current of a rotor winding, and the rotation speed of a rotary machine 15a and the current of a winding of the rotary machine, adjusting the frequency of the gate control signal and also signal rest frequency due to the intermission of the gate control signal in response to the power load amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
