PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component-connecting method and a connecting device, which eliminate thermal effect on the electric component; and to provide a composite component free from thermal effect. SOLUTION: The electric component-connecting method is constructed such that leads L of the electric component EP are superposed on pads P of a substrate W, metal fine particles G are ejected from a nozzle 30 riding it on a gas jet to bring them into collision with and fixation to a vicinity region including superposed parts of the pads P and the leads L which are superposed on the pads P to connect and fix the leads L to the pads P at a normal temperature and under a normal pressure.
