PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feeding apparatus, a liquid jetting apparatus and a liquid agitating method improving the agitation efficiency of liquid in a liquid storage container. SOLUTION: Ink is sucked into a lower space 43 of a pump 440 from a first valve 420, and in the closed state of the first valve 420, atmosphere release and negative pressure supply in an upper space 44 are repeated to displace a diaphragm 42 a plurality of times (an arrow mark R1). As a result, pressure fluctuation arises to the ink in the lower space 43. An outer peripheral part 22a of a valve element 22 vertically bends (an arrow mark R2) responding to the pressure fluctuation of the ink in the lower space 43, and ink in a lower space 23 and an upper space 24 around the valve element 22 vibrates. The vibration of ink in the lower space 23 is transmitted to a differential valve 210 of an ink cartridge IC1 through an internal passage 34, and the differential valve 210 vibrates (an arrow mark R3). Ink in an ink storage chamber 206 vibrates responding to the vibration of the outer peripheral part 210a, and ink of high concentration and ink of low concentration are agitated to uniform the concentration of ink.
