PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of quickly and effectively executing the installation of simple guide signboards used for a large amount in a short period of time and recycling them. SOLUTION: In indoor/outdoor stationary installation signboard or mobile installation signboard, a vertically placed simple signboard using a flexible and durable transparent or translucent plastic card case capable of simply and easily replacing advertisement display is used, and replacement is easily performed many times every time the advertisement display is changed. Also, the vertically placed simple signboard makes it easy to change the card case when it rains, easily prevents the scattering of the card case by a wind and is conveniently recycled by having the configuration of preventing adhesion.
