PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver planar lattice device capable of releasing smoothly a lock mechanism of a movable louver planar lattice, and capable of preventing illegal intrusion, by precluding the planar lattice from being release-operated from an outdoor side. SOLUTION: This louver planar lattice device includes the movable louver planar lattice 1 arranged openably and closably with a large number of louvers 8 in a peripheral frame 7, an outer frame 2 for pivoting and supporting openably and closably one end of the movable louver planar lattice 1, the lock mechanism 3 for connecting a free end of the planar lattice 1 to the outer fame 2 in a closed position, a lock release mechanism 4 for releasing the connected state between the planar lattice 1 and the outer frame 2 due to the lock mechanism 3, by rotation-operating a rotational operation knob 5 protruded to an indoor side of peripheral frame 7, and a knob-rotation-deterring-means 6 for deterring the rotation of the rotational operation knob 5, when the louver 8 is opened.
