PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably administer a prescribed amount of a medicinal solution to a target region inside a living body by easily introducing the medicinal solution to the inside of the living body. SOLUTION: A medicinal solution spraying device 1 for administering the medicinal solution D to a target region inside the living body by spraying includes a holding member 2 held while being positioned relative to the target region, a supply hole 25 provided on the holding member for introducing the medicinal solution from one end to the other end, a medicinal solution supply part 4 mounted on the supply hole and for supplying the medicinal solution to the supply hole, a spraying port 9 for spraying the medicinal solution supplied to the supply hole, a voltage applying part 5 for applying a voltage to the medicinal solution, a ground part 6 electrically connected to the voltage applying part, and an electrical conduction part which is electrically connected to the ground part, is provided at least on a part of an outer surface of the holding member, and has conductivity. The medicinal solution spraying device 1 for spraying the medicinal solution in the form of mists from the spraying port to the region inside the living body with a potential different from that of the medicinal solution at the spraying port while the medicinal solution is charged by the voltage applying part is provided.
